it's clean apartment with perfect location. the place is close to several restaurants, grocery stores and restaurants. overall really great stay.

Very such great. The place was clean and had convenient rooms. I loved that the bathroom was large. It was within short walking distance to Extreme Pizza so I ate in there.

Would happily return, nothing too much trouble, liked it very much. Clean apartment and magnificent location. Location is 15 minutes walk to University of California.

Really great building and cosy apartment. What's more, it's close enough to the beautiful beach. Has particularly nice views to admire.

Rooms were bright and convenient, the location was excellent! We loved HELPFUL staff and host. Near to Los Angeles International airport, 12 miles. Very good experience.

The host met us with warm welcome. Good sized rooms, incredible pool. It is about 9 miles from the airport.

University of california can be easily reached in 5 minutes by car. Don't miss the chance to taste food at Tender Greens, set close to the accommodation. Proprietor showed us the property.
